Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on the day on receipt of parcel if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if you have any concerns regarding your order, please feel free to contact usβ€”we’re here to help.

To raise any claim, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

πŸ“Ή An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. The video must be recorded from the start, without any cuts or pauses, clearly showing the package being opened.

⏱️ Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the parcel.

πŸ”Œ For electronic items, the video must clearly show the product while switching it ON and demonstrating the issue.

❌ Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.

❌ We are not responsible for damages reported after 24 hours, or without valid video proof.

❌ Returns/exchanges are not applicable on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you within 7 working days after receiving the returned product regarding your case, once the product has been inspected.

After inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
